Abaton Spiritual Healing

The innermost sacred chamber of the Asclepius dream temples was called an Abaton. Hidden in the heart of Nemeton is a special Abaton outdoor/indoor room for inner reflection and meditation.

The original Abaton goes back to the Egyptian as it the grave of Orsis, it is also a name given to places where lightening has struck. The most famous of the Asclepius temples was in Epidarus, Greece. A person seeking healing went there to sleep and dream; their vision or insight was called an "Epiphany" based on the original name of the Epidarus Temple.

We have created this Abaton to intensify and focus spiritual energy in this most sacred space. As far as we know, this is the only Abaton in this hemisphere. Our purpose is to restore the intiutive healing of the ancients and open hearts and minds to understanding their inner healing powers.
